Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
Starting A Business
I am thinking of starting an internet based business in Baltimore, MD and I was wondering if I would need a business license to operate. I will not be housing inventory. Products will go from my supplier to the customer. If I don't exactly need a license, would you recommend that I get one? Thank you so very much.

The entity will need to be registered and taxes paid on income. You may need to address other compliance matters. Contact an attorney for assistance.
