Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
suing LLc or S corp
formally partners in an S corp. I got out with papers relieving me of debt and so fourth going forward. If someone sues this company which is now out of business, can they come after me? Can they come after fubds in my new LLC or personal acct.

They could sue you as a former member but not your new LLC.
