Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
I have been terminated for failing a drug test The employer will now not cover my expenses witch was promised and Is also threating to call my father with the information at hand Do I have any rights here to get my money back And are they breaking any confidentiality act by calling my father

If you are entitled to reimbursement as part of your employment contract, your termination shouldn't disqualify you from recovering your expenses. Their "threats" about disclosure are inappropriate, but the question for you is are you so concerned about your father that you will allow them to deny you.
