Waiver of Segregation
We are trying to work with a homebuilder in Maryland, and they have requested that we have a ''waiver of segregation'' What is this??
Also, where can we read about this.

Are you sure it is not a Waiver of Subrogation?
Or does it apply to segregation of funds?
