Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
Website Disclaimers
I have a website and I would like to know where can I find information about writing disclaimers (or terms of use), what ''All Rights Reseved'' actually entails, and how I can protect my intellectual property.

Re: Website Disclaimers
There is no single best way to protect intellectual property. The protection is based upon many factors such as the medium of expression, the image or trade mark, copyright, service marks, etc. Use of the wording "All Rights Reserved", without use of recognized means of legal protection, may not be sufficient protection for an investment of time and labor. Speak to an attorney for legal advice that is specific to your matter.
