If your contract provides for a fee upon cancellation without cause, you could sue her to enforce the contract. Even without specific language for this, you could sue her under a legal theory known as quantum meruit, which means you are suing to recover the value of goods and services you have rendered. If you had to turn down other such jobs because you were tied up with her, that would enhance your claim for the value of your services.
