If I win a contract to service a company in , lets say, Las Vegas, do I need a businness permit form Clark county to operate?

This question posted in Maryland. In Maryland, as with most states, a business needs to be registered in any location (state) where it does business. If you have a question about the law of other jurisdictions you may wish to contact an attorney in those locations.
