withholding stock dividends
i inherited interests in 2 real estate partnerships. in order to get me to agree to vote for achange in the voting proceedures in one of the partnerships the managing partners from both partnerships (they are brothers) have stopped paying me my dividends. What are my options.

Re: withholding stock dividends
If they are paying dividends to the other partners and not to you, you can file a suit for breach of a fiduciary duty and/or breach of the partnership agreement. You should review the partnership documents to see what kind of discretion the managing partners have in this regard.
