Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
I work in a commissioned sales capacity for a service comapny. I spent the past several months working on a large account. They signed a 5 year contract with the company and we planned it for months. Two day before we were to install we were informed they had as issue with their current provider's contract and we could go forth. Of course the company I work for is filing suit. Do I have any validaty to file suit on a personal level, due to lost business and commission/

Your company's suit covers you as well. If there was a breach of contract, it was a contract between your company and the customer--you were only the agent for your company.
