Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
If I write something on a cardboard about the way the company is treating me off company grounds and just throw it away .do someone have the right to go in a city trash can and take it out and bring it to your work place, and do the company have the right to fire you because of it

Depends on whether you an at will employee, contract or union.
If you throw something away anyone can get access to it. As for your job retention rights, you are in all likelihood an "at will" employee, which means you can be fired for virtually any reason, fair or not. The only exceptions would be when the employment action violates a civil rights law because it is premised on race, religion, national origin, etc. If you happen to be a union member you may have some rights under the union contract to challenge a dismissal.
