Discrimination at retirement homes re menus

If 2000 people are living in a retirement community and

paying same monthly fee, does management have right to

provide menu for one dining room that is not equal to two

other dining rooms, and would this be considered discrimina-

tion?

It's only unlawful discrimination if the patrons of each dining room are selected by race, religion, gender, or some other suspect classification.
