Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Maryland
Okay I was fired from Burger King without my knowledge because my manager claimed I went into the office and looked at employee files which I never did is there grounds to sue BK?

Unless you were on an employment contract, the law considers your employment at-will. That means the employee can quit for any reason without penalty and the employer can fire its employee for any reason without further compensating you. Unfortunately sometimes this means an employer can fire for "unfair" reasons.
Note that there are some limited exceptions to this general rule if the firing was for a reason the law says is illegal (like firing based on race or disability).
