Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Maryland
gross negligence
My apartment has been broken into for the second time in 6 months. Is the landlord liable for the stolen property? The first time nothing was taken. This time major electronics were removed. He took no corrective action the first time, the window(s)took several days to even be repaired. I live on the ground floor with the windows facing an open field.
