If I am injured in my home state by a passing truck, whose headquarters are located in another state, in what court might I bring suit?

Either where the incident occurred or in the defendant's home state. However, the defendant's home state could dismiss based on forum non conviens (inconvenient forum) grounds if the witnesses and evidence are all in the state where the incident occurred.
