Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Maryland
Is there a "Law" in Maryland saying that children cannot defend themselves in school? An Assistant Principal in telling my wife that a "Law" exists in reguards to this issue. What rights do children have?

If you mean by using physical violence instead of running away from the threat if possible, yes. You have to try to avoid the attack and it that fails you cab defend yourself with reasonable force. Just run, much safer. Good luck!
