Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Maryland
Limited Liability Corporations and Bankruptcy
I have an LLC for my gym business; it isn't going well and I'm wondering what will happen to my personal credit if I have to take a bankruptcy in the LLC.

Re: Limited Liability Corporations and Bankruptcy
The company is a legal entity separate from yourself, but a creditor might be able to pursue you personally for the debt, so get the advice of a local attorney with experience in small business bankruptcy.
