Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Maryland
my name is mike and I've been terminated for some reason i don't really know but on the day of termination my boss lied to me by saying that the reason for termination is that the issue happened about a month before , which it seems weird and unfair and after i called the corporation they told me nothing was reported regarding my issue and nothing was in my file which means i was still active associate ,so from there again i've been with the company more than 3 years and nothing was presented to as warnings, other papers to prove my discharge

Unless you have a signed employment contract or agreement, you are an employee "at will". That means you can be fired at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all. It may seem unfair, but it's not against the law.
