Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Maryland
I have officially filed an eeoc against a large company. I have recieved the charging document from the EEOC against the employer. The employer have respondent by attorney and I need an attorney to repond to their claims. I need an attory that will take my case on contingency basis. I filed in the tate Of maryland.... There is a time frame and timing is of the essence.

This the wrong forum to seek a lawyer on short notice. You should contact the Maryland Bar Association and ask them for a list of employment lawyers. Start making phone calls and be pro-active. If you are willing to pay for their services, a competent lawyer should not be hard to find.
