Servance Pay
Came back from vacation on July 22. Told my employer I was moving to Florida Sept 1, 2000. Employer told me I was no longer needed. Am I eligible for Servance Pay? I was willing to stay and work until Sept 1,2000.
Employer is my stepdaughter who is President of the company,she is the one that told me I was no longer needed.

Only if you have a contract that provides for it. There is no right to severance pay except by contract.
