Slander
Can you sue someone or take them to court for slander and get a written apoligy or something along those lines?

Yes, you can sue someone for slander, which is oral defamation. You do not generally get an apology, you get money damages, if you can prove them. It may be better to politely request the apology you are looking for. - Michael Worsham.
