verbally abusive neighbor
Can I do anything about a neighbor yelling at my children all the time. Saying very mean things, but not threating, yet!

Re: verbally abusive neighbor
In MD you can file an application for a Peace Order at your County District Court. There is a small fee, and you can request that your neighbor stop abusing your children. The complaint may have to be filed in your child's name, but they clerk can assist you with that. About a week after filing, an informal hearing will be scheduled in District Court.
