Does Maryland have a voyuer law, and if so where can I get details on that law?

Recently there was a criminal conviction in MD of someone who was using a video camera a s apeeping tom to video tape someone - I think maybe tenants. Basically there is a tort called invasion of privacy - would the activity your are complaining of be an unreasonable intrusion into the seclusion of an ordinary person. - Michael Worsham, [email protected]

A peeping tom statute is probably as close as it gets. Check the index tot he code at your public library.
