Legal Question in Technology Law in Maryland

Company name stolen!
Hi there

We opened a start up LLC company early this year, prior to this we checked that there was no other company with this name, I have now noticed that D-zines4u have copied our company name, we copywrted our logo but not the name, we were told that we should trademark it, i checked with the network solutions company and the records show that they set up the domain name was setup after us. What can I do to make sure they do not harm our business as they are doing the same business WEB DESIGN! Please help cuase we have done everything legally in the state of maryland and im really axious as to how they got incorporated using the same name.
