can members on a mailing list that was seized during a child pornography raid be arrested. these members were not at the raid, however explicit materical was seized at the location.

You can be arrested if police have probable cause to believe you committed a crime. Would the lone fact that your name appears on a mailing list inside the home be enough to charge you? I'm not sure. I recommend that you hire a Maryland criminal defense attorney immediately to discuss the specifics of your case.
