If my parents are US Citizens and went to China on vacation and gave birth to me. Can I be considered a natural born and run for the US Presidency?

Yes. Of course, you must also meet the other requirements set forth in Article 2, section 1 of the U.S. Constitution. That means you must also be at least 35 and have lived in this country for at least 14 years.
