Legal Question in Construction Law in Maryland
When does a Cash Flow statement
I'm the GC, and my client is asking me to provide a Cash Flow statement and other Financial Statements to go along with their paperwork for the construction loan---is that correct?

Re: When does a Cash Flow statement
Assuming you have a signed contract, it depends on what the contract says. (If you have not signed a contract yet, they can ask for what they want). Even if the contract is silent, if the bank is requiring it, and you don't provide it, they will not get the loan and you will lose the job. So unless you have something to hide, it's usually best to cooperate. If you have further concerns, see a lawyer.
