where can I find the state of maryland laws on auto repairs?
Can an auto repair shop make full repairs after I say no .I only authorized repairs within the insurance estimate.

Try searcing the Maryland Commercial Law code sections. What you said may be overruled by something you may have signed authorizing repairs.
