Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
I bought 2005 car, august 15 and on august 26 I had to put on new brake pads and on Sept 15 the water pump breaks resulting in overheating and demanding the engine thus the water pump and engine will need to be replaced. I have an extended waranty but they denied the claim and the car dealership said it is nothing they can do. What do I do now.

It really depends on what the extended warranty covers. Contact an attorney and ask them to review the warranty with you, along with the bills for repairs. It's less expensive to pay for an hour of an attorney's time than it is to continue to fix a car that may be covered by warranty.
