What constitutes a ''business day?'' Is Saturday considered a legal business day?

The term can be given various definitions. Technically you
could say that only Monday through Friday constitute business days
and this would be based on wide spread acceptance of the terminology.
Alternatively the meaning could be the days that are typical to the specific industry.
That is that it would be defined within the context of its application. Thus,
for example, a resort location may define Thusday through Sunday as business days since this is
when tourists are most likely to frequent the business.
