New Car Purchases
What is the grace period for returning a new car purchase and what avenues can I check if I feel a senior citizen has been taken advantage of in this situation?

Re: New Car Purchases
I just answered the same question a week ago, please see my other response for more details. The short answer is there is no grace period for the purchase of a car under contract; however, if the financing and other terms have not been worked out then there is no contract. Unless you are incompentent, which you should not be driving, the contract is as valid as any other, that is no breaks for senior citizens here. See my other answer.
