Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
car repair
I had a vw towed to a dealership in MD where I was given a quote of $3000. 00 for a new clucth. I towed the vehicle back down here to Norfolk Va at a cost of $300. This included loss of wages. I have found out the vw dealership here will put the clutch in for $1500 and the part is 625. They charged me 250 to put the part back in MD. I want to sue for the time and money I put into this repair. I spent the night in the car and had friends drive up and miss work to look at the car. Can you help me?

Re: car repair
I see no grounds for a viable suit by you against the Maryland dealership on the basis of the facts which you've recounted here in your question.
