Complaint against a company
I would like to submit a complaint about a company that had the worst customer service I have ever experienced but I want to be sure there are no legal ramifications for saying what amounts to be the truth.

If you feel that your rights as a consumer were violated, you should consider filing your complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the state Attorney General's Office. Provide them with sufficient documentation so that they may properly investigate your complaint.
