Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
Consumer return of a new /demo vehicle
Can I void a contract with a car dealer after thinking about it overnight, and wanting my trade in back, and get a refund of the down payment?

In general you cannot. Maryland does not recognize a cooling off period. This does not preclude you from talking to the dealer, however. If the transaction happened last night, they may not have put any paperwork through. Chances are slim but call them anyway.
