Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
dealership
a dealership was suppose to repair my car and because it was $3,000 they talked me into buying a new car and they put the repair of the old car on my bill. I signed the contract yesterday and they have a ''no cooling off period clause in the contract''. I really do not want the car because i realized that i can not afford it they got over on me. they knew that i needed a car because they kept charging me money and did not fix the problem. they told me three things that was wrong with my old car and it still is not fixed. i feel that they railroaded me into the contract because they know that i needed a car to get back and forward to work. is there any help that you can give me. thanks

Re: dealership
Unless you can show some duress, then there is not much that can be done.
