Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
false charges on auto loan
For a year and a half I was charged additional money for insurance. I have traded in that car and asked for a statement that I was insured through them. I was then told I the additional money was not to insure the car but to insure the loan. For a year and a half I was led to believe it was to insure the car.

Re: false charges on auto loan
This appears to be misrepresentation with a loan. Kindly forward the documents for review. I would also like to see payment history made on the debt.
