Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
Forgery
Hello; I was sued by a bank and a judgement was entered against me; The problem is that the Process Server delieved documents to my home and said I was served, I wasn't home, The Server forged my signature stating I recieved documents which I was out of state, Which in turned caused the judgement to be entered against me and I didnt have time to defend, which caused my case to go beyond the time limit to defend and now the court cant hear my case.

Re: Forgery
You need to file a motion as soon as possible to vacate the judgment. I have been successful in getting judgments vacated for improper service. So, I would be happy to discuss the matter with you.
