can I bring an action in state court against a car dealer and the manufacturer of a car which has been trouble ridden since it was purchased eight mounths ago? dealer is in Maryland and the manufacturer is out of state

You can bring an action under Maryland's lemon law for certain causes. See the Maryland Attorney General's website as authored by J.Joseph Curran, Jr. or refer to Maryland's Automotive Warranty Enforcement Act. Other remedies may be available. Contact an attorney.
