how much money can i make
i went to a popular restuarant and order a slice of cake to go when i got home i discovered glass From a plate in my food i called the ambalance and they said that the glass would pass through my system without any injuries

Any money you make will depend on your damages. If you want to recover from them out of court, your approach should be as the dissatisfied customer. If you attempt to litigate, you will have to show that a duty of health and safety was owed to you by the restaurant; that the restaurant violated that duty; their breach of duty was the legal cause of the injury; and that you actually sustained damages.
