Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
pest control
I had a pest control company treat for bed bugs...they had a 30 day guarantee. I still have bedbugs and they say the warranty has expired. I have had them out continuously within the 30 days. What can I do about it??

Re: pest control
You have two options. You can try and mediate the dispute through the Maryland Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division or you can sue for enforcement of the warranty. If you have another exterminator come in and cure the problem, you can sue the current exterminator for what you had to pay the second exterminator. Bear in mind that the cost of litiagting may be greater than the amount you recover.
