The Better Business Bureau is not a government agency and has no authority to prosecute crimes. If you think you have been the victim of illegal lending practices, I recommend that you hire a Maryland lawyer to: (i) review your loan documents, and (ii) discuss the specifics of your case and advise you of your rights/options.
