Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
I purchased a timeshare in 1999 in Virginia. The timeshare is paid for and I just have the maintenance fee. I have not been able to sell it and would like to know if there is any legal way to get out of it. It was never my intention to own a timeshare.

You should repost this under Virginia in the zip code where the timeshare is located. A Virginia lawyer should answer this question because the property is in Virginia.
