Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
I recently applied for the ONLINE CASH SUCCESS KIT. Their site stated FREE Shipping and Handling charges, which came to $1.00. After I was accepted I received a download and was asked to activate it. I did not activate it. After thinking about it for a few weeks I decided to just delete it, which I did.
This month I found 2 charges in the amount of $79.86 on my credit card. I called ONLINE CASH and they told me that I had 2 days to cancel. I did not read any information regarding cancelations or monthly charges. They refuse to refund any of my moneys. What can I do? Their man office is located in CYP (another country outside of the USA).

Did you agree to their terms of service or use? If so, did you read them? You may have agreed to these charges. Contact the seller and your credit card company to dispute the charge. You may want to contact the Maryland Attorney General's office and report the scam.
