Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
Recently I bought a lip balm from a company that coasted me 14$. After using the lip balm few days I started to have cole sores all over my mouth, my lips became swollen and they started to hurt. I used the lip balm few more times after that thinking it's not the lip balm that is causing the problem but my lips got worse. I discontinued using the balm and my lips are slowly recovering, although it's painful and my lips are pealing. What do you recommend I do to pursue this matter legally?

Stop using the balm.
And write the company a polite letter, and they will likely refund your $14.
