Unsatisfactory Work
I brought my car to the Chrysler dealership to have work done on the brakes. They have advised me that they cannot fix the problem, but want to charge me $800.00.

Did they provide a written estimate? Did you sign to waive an estimate? What are the charges for? Why could they not correct the problem?
