Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maryland
My attorney's office says to dispute a claim as invalid because I am unable to go to court on the designated summons day and we are in the process of filing for a bankruptcy. The paper to return to the courthouse reads as if I do have to go on that day if I sign that part of the summons and dispute it. Dont know whether I should or not?
