bank acccount garnishment

after a consent to disburse is files by both parties and both are in agreement, what do you do if a judge calls for a hearing?

Attend the hearing and agree to the consent order, that is where you are in agreement to the terms which are equitable and lawful. You may arrange for your consent to be entered upon the record with an affidavit depending upon the legal issue. A work out of the debt may be another possibility.
