Can a bank make you a co borrower without your consent in writing? My SSN was used as the electronic signature for an auto loan.

If you did NOT agree or consent, then you cannot be obligated. Having said that, you CAN consent by electronic means; physical paper is not required for a signature --electronic signatures are valid.
