Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maryland

My brother owe's $1000 on a loan I took out for him. He is $400 behind in payments to me. How do I get my money from him?

If you made the payments on his behalf to protect your credit rating, simply sue him. Of course after the judgment you will still have to collect from him.
