Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maryland
my business is being sued for harrassment and civil charges relating to a debt which we have no involvement. I have answered to charges and asked to be dismissed, but with no luck.

What do you mean "with no luck"? Does that mean the Court rejected your request for the lawsuit to be dismissed? Does it mean you are waiting on the Court to rule? I need more information to answer. Please advise and I'll be happy to try and assist you.

I don't understand your question either: are you being sued on a debt that you owe, or are you being sued for harassment? Or is it that someone suing you, alleging that you have harassed him in the collection of a debt.
