Need to collect from business partner

Involved in verbal contract into a kayak business

partner sold business without my concent or notification. I want to get reimbursed with property(boats). Problem now is she has apparently "sold" any property to boyfriend to keep me from collecting on the property...how does this get resolved?

If the property was transferred w/in the last 6 months and a proper bulk sale notice was not given, depending on the type of business the transfer may not be effective. So there may be recourse to the assets. But you need to consult with a lawyer to determine the best course of action.
